Loving St. Dymphna,
faithful servant of God and protector of those who suffer in mind and spirit,
I come before you seeking your intercession.

You who are the patron saint of those afflicted with anxiety,
bring peace to my troubled heart,
calm my restless thoughts,
and quiet the fears that weigh me down.

Ask the Lord to fill me with courage,
strengthen me in faith,
and grant me serenity in the midst of struggle.
May I always trust in God’s love and mercy,
knowing that I am never alone in my trials.

Bless my mind with clarity,
my heart with peace,
and my soul with hope,
so that I may live each day with strength and joy.
