Full Prayer to St. Lucy for Healing and Protection of the Eyes
O blessed St. Lucy, radiant with divine light and steadfast faith,
You who suffered for Christ with eyes of pure devotion,
Look kindly upon me and all who seek your intercession.
Guardian of sight, you saw beyond the darkness of this world
and kept your gaze fixed on the eternal light of heaven.
Grant that my eyes may be healed, strengthened, and protected
from every harm, illness, and blindness — both of body and soul.
Illuminate my vision, dear St. Lucy,
that I may see the beauty of God’s creation,
recognize the needs of others,
and behold His presence in all things.
Through your intercession,
may my eyes serve only for the glory of God
and the guidance of my heart toward His will.
O gentle martyr of light,
carry my prayer to the throne of the Lord,
that He may grant me perfect vision,
clarity of sight, and purity of heart.
Through Jesus Christ, our Divine Healer,
who lives and reigns forever and ever.
